She left her mark on you and I.

She tried so hard, she did her best
And knowing her, our lives are blessed.

She came prepared, she knew her part
And did her job with mind and heart.

She set a pace, she always worked,
Heed not the load, she never shirked.

What life deals out may seem so cruel,
Abrasion harsh will shine the jewel.

‘Tis said in ease we only live,
In troubled times we grow and give.

A valiant one did fight and win,
Endured to the end. We’ll miss you Lynne.
